目的: 对补骨脂的浸提工艺进行优选,以少量的实验选择分离补骨脂展开剂的种类以及比例搭配 方法: 补骨脂素和补骨脂素的含量为指标,以补骨脂的粉碎度、乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提时间、摄提次数为因素进行正交试验。薄层分离时依据舟电常数£,采用u (5 )表以均匀设计布点。结果及结论:补骨脂的最佳提取工艺为60目上细粉,以6倍量55%乙醇浸渍3次.每次浸渍2天。u (5 )表法以较快的速度获得了补骨脂的有效成分的分离条件。该方法是有效、可行的,它省时、省材、快速。 求高手翻译,谢谢,翻译成英文哦,谢谢了!郑州的我请吃饭!

呼。。。翻的时候有点儿饿,里面那个“u(5)表”不晓得是一种仪表呢,还是一种方法。隔行如隔山亚!以。。。为指标,那里大概翻的比较生硬。另外结尾处那几个形容词感觉有些重复,英文版缩减了几个。新手上路,如有哪位前辈路过,请多指教!非常感谢!!
